While I am waiting for some materials to arrive for another model, I started working on a 3D model based on the Jeff Carlisle drawing of the YT-1760. Eventually, I'll do 1/72 patterns.

We'll see if mine can live up to your excellent work on the YTs. My interpretation of the drawing is slightly different in a number of ways from some of the work that others have done on deck plans.
In 1/72, it should be right at 14.5" |

What´s the diameter of the Cockpittube in 1:72. I ask because the Fine Molds Falcon have 4 cm diameter in 1:72 scale.

Thanks for that measurement. I have not worked with the Fine Molds Falcon.
By sheer luck, I am just slightly over 4 cm and will make that adjustment just for constancy. Is it exactly 4 cm? a measurement on the docking cone would be great if you have convenient access to it. |

There are some mechanics in the drawing that look like you could toe those things in and out at will.
