I've taken a break from the Nike, as you can tell from the lack of updates. I wanted to do a 'quick' build, something with minimal mods just to clear my brain.
And here it is, almost finished but for a bit of weathering and a final coat!

Nice! Is this allowed in the "OOB" thread? That would be cool! :)

A little update. This is closer to finished than it was before, though there are still a few little things to do. I need to finish the speed brake and do a little more dull work. Also fix a decal that was scraped off while trying to glue on the right nacelle...

But otherwise good. I plan on doing another one at some point, as this has pointed out what I shouldn't do next time - and what I should do...

Top view shot shows the work off very nicely.

Well, Fokker's ride is all finished, and on her way back from a hard day in the air...

The last to go on where the red marker lights on the nose and the clear parts on the wings, then touched with Future to give a little shine to play off the flat coat.

I will be doing another one, just to correct little issues that I'm seeing now, but I'm real happy with this little white bird.

I have one of these, how long did it take you. Cool build.

Re: Fokker's VF-0S
Thank you. It didn't take too long. I don't know how many hours, but it took about two weeks.

Tiberious, another fine build. I've always loved the design of the 'zero. You've done her justice, with a clean build, and nice weathering. I'm curious, because I've noticed these, beneath your 'zero, AND your EDF interceptor... Where did you get those kick ass little bases for your stands? Those are really detailed little pieces, and they look terrific underneath the model. They also look non-scale specific, which really makes them useful to a sci-fi modeler. I'd love to score a few myself!
