You are a Trek ship buildin' MACHINE!

I've done a comparison overlay with a 22 inch Enterprise and it's pretty close. A tad smaller than the Sentinel profile but it's a start in the right direction:

I did shortened nacelles on my Perimeter Action Ship and think they look pretty good.

Your ship, obviously, but don't discount the idea completely.

Thanks Zysurge ~ I'm having a tough time opening that link. It starts to load then stalls.

Ugh. It was working when I posted it, but it looks like my website is down. Yay.

EDIT: It's back up, Admiral.

Got it. Hey, this looks pretty good. I would not have known that the length was shortened if you didn't indicate that. The Sentinel's nacelles are probably a little more than 30% shorter than the E. I may have to compromise with the balance of scale.

Had some time today to work on the Sentinel uniform patch design. I imagine the facets on the patch to be varying shades of gold foil:

I can see this ship as the lead ship of a light battle group....maybe flanked by a couple Detroyats.

You sir. You are a bad, bad influence.

It can also support other battle groups comprised of several heavy frigates of the Miranda Class.

Concept profile of the Sentinel is getting close. I've modified the warp nacelles, taking some cues from the Sagittarius drives. The size comparison shows her relative to the Miranda class:

You could try but you do realize the Captain might have something to say about that...

Why, is that the 'original' Captain Kirk?!:D
(as I did hear he was first in line for the role.)
For the ship, I like the streamlined look of it. And this should be done in a week, yes..?
