Hi guys, I have been painting for some time now and posted some on RI a few years ago. I just started a new Facebook page that you can checkout if you like. You do not need to be a member of Facebook to view the page. Here is a sample of what you will find. Please check out the page and hit the "Like" button to show your support and stay updated with any new releases. Please let me know what you think. Hope you like what you see and all the best. https://www.facebook.com/ArtworkByTag

That's amazing Tag!
![]() I love the shadow detail that runs along his jawline down to his chin. Very realistic! ![]() Oil paint? ![]()

Thank you very much. As for the shading on the jawline, i can't really take credit for that as it was in the reference photo. I have tendency to slavishly adhere to any reference that I have, perhaps too much. No its not an oil painting but actually a digital painting. I painted it from a reference photo the same as if I were painting in oil or drawing it in pencil. There is no photo manipulation to make it "look" like a painting. I originally started off in oil and over the years brought it over to the digital side and have been doing it this way for the past 6 years. Cool thing about it is that I have unlimited colors and no clean up! Check out the link I posted, you can see the full version of the Bond painting as well paintings including many celebrities, animals and scenics. All the best.

That is sensational Tag, really good. Thanks for leaving your Fakebook page public for those of us who don't normally use it.
![]() What sort of tablet do you use. Nikki uses a small Bamboo tab, but is currently looking around for something more professional. Mike |

Hi Mike, thank you very much for taking a look. Starting to come out of my shell a bit with my paintings, still getting there. I use a Wacom Intuos 3 tablet. Bamboo are great to get started on but do not have the pressure sensitivity as the more expensive Intuos line. As for the Software, I use Photoshop primarily. Thank you for taking a look at the page, I still have a lot that are completed but just need to be watermarked and uploaded. All the best.
