Default On the Front Lines

Hi,

I've been playing around with some really small scale stuff such as the Round 2 1/2500th and Eaglemoss Diecast Starships.
The composite here uses the Eaglemoss Akira diecast (un-touched; I will repaint at some point to give it more scale) and the Round 2 Cardassian Cruiser from the new 1/2500th DS9 Set. Neither miniature is bigger than 3".
The Starfield is painted onto card, shot in daylight conditions and played with in Photoshop to give it life.
The Explosion has been manipulated from a Shutterstock element.
The whole thing was composited in CS2 Pro (which I am just getting the hang of).
Would love comments (good and bad), I'm hoping to do more as I go along.
Hector
