Outstanding work on an awesome design. Chair came out great, I presume you will be casting copies of that...

Looking forward to more

Oo, so much eye-candy:
1) Love the chairs. And at 1/24, you could consider selling copies as aftermarket parts to car/truck modelers.
2) HAL has been installed? In a franchise with 'The Ultimate Computer' in their recent past, you'd think they would have learned their lesson!
HAL voice: "Targeting Excalibur..."
Captain: "That's not funny, HAL..."
3) Also: HAL right by the head? "Captain, have you considered that bran muffins may not be the most appropriate choice before your meeting with the admiral?" Rude!
4) That lower (unfinished?) notch in the aft... I'm assuming that will be home to the ramp...

Can't wait to see what's next-

Right, the aft transom is notched for the rear ramp which will be hinged, with magnets in the lip to keep it secured when closed. Overhead, a sliding pocket door provides headroom clearance. Magnets at this open end will meet the ones from the ramp edge.

As usual with my builds, brass work in an inevitability. This is the internal pylon/nacelle support bracket. It's been roughed together and will undergo another engineering revision.

It looks like something great even now! Use those current pics, have some suited workers with welders floating next to it...

Thank you!

Some weekend progress produced a revision to the brass pylon assembly and mounting of the inboard nacelle halves with 5-min epoxy. The laser guide helped align the assembly as well as double-check the main hull squareness.

The seat masters were molded and cast to create the cabin seat rows - pairs were glued together and seat legs constructed. Cockpit seats mated to headrests and bases, primed and await painting.

Mock-up of cabin seat painting scheme:
