1/48 Skylab Slave to the grind.....
While I'm waiting for parts to arrive, I've been working out the layout of the basic stuff In Vellum 4.

Thanks dudes.
It'll be as the on-orbit configuration, with the missing panel and shield. Also my customer ordered the RealSpaceModels 1/48 Apollo. Wouldn't be complete without it! Goodies are supposed to start arriving Friday.  Same scale as this below, but with more detail, and the one I'm building will be mounted in a vertical manner on a 1/2" threaded rod. http://www.spacemodel.com/model_stor...ation_alt.html

Are you using the David Weeks drawings as reference. They are really quite detailed and accurate.

Wow, this ought to be good. I've always wanted a Skylab but have never tried to tackle it. Maybe someday.
