Default "Platinum Doll Trophy" resin statuette
A fun little project I remembered I had in my bookshelf all forgotten

I scratched a bit, scribed some extra detail into the base and now I have some sanding to go, cleaning up the wheel hub and some scruffy surfaces which I'm leaving for tomorrow.

I ordered some 1/12 bike kit decals for sponsorship decals so I'll prime her and get some ground colors on, a dark dark gray together with fiery orange will be the scheme I think, reminiscent of some Repsol sponsored race bikes.

Oh right for some background. The original sculptor is Marcus Deleo and it's made by World of Resin. It's sold directly on ebay by World of Resin, which is where I bought it. Pictures of their specimen built and painted can be seen here http://myanimeshelf.com/figures/1048...m_Doll:_Trophy

I had to wait a bit for the specific paints I want to arrive, and the rim of the large wheel is giving me a bit of trouble with the cleanup, but here she is in primer. Two shades of primer actually, to give a bit of preshading though I’m not sure how much of it will show through with the very dark colour scheme I’m going with.

Censored... though I'm not entirely sure I'd class it as nude to begin with as it's a robot or comparable to a woman in a swimsuit or something.

On the other hand the pixel censoring made it naughtier than the originals!

What got me is that it's censored on the product's website too.
