Hello everyone. I am a vetran of both the U.S. Army and Navy. I worked on F14 tomcats, and M1 Abrams tanks. I have built models since the age of 5, and studied military and war history since about 14. I have built a few scratch built models before, but this is by far the largest I have undertaken.
I have allot of it done but I am going to post in Chronilagical order with out trying to be redundant. I hope You like it. All comments are welcome as I can learn from positive or negative. Or if you are just mean I can always laugh behind Your back. |

Picture 011.jpgThe ship would have been 181 meters long which was not to much shorter than Prinze Eugen. The Germans were notoriuos for building ships big for their class. This was due to the ranges they would have needed for Comerce Raiding.

Thank You both. I am posted on/ Gentleman's Military Interest Club. SSM IPMS Malta, The Model Ship Forum, and The Jolly Roger Shipyard. My threads are under Scratch built, or Marine sections of those sites also. It seems like every site has different picture procedures, and I have been learning to utilize the different ways to post pics on all the sites.
I hope it doesn't Make waves for me to mention the other sites here. I used to converse with Will Babington some years ago when he was working on the resin 1/32 Firefox, and I was working on a 1/32 F19 Specter scratch built project. Anyway I like how You have the site set up and I only mentioned the other sites so if My pics are not showing up here, You can view them elsewhere. Like I said I hope this isn't a problem. I can try to format the pics different if need be, let me know if there's a way. I noticed on the Beufighter post the pics look bigger right on the page. |
